LittleWins is a mobile application that allows you to track and celebrate your daily achievements ("wins"). The service may include AI-powered features to help summarize and reflect on your progress.
To use LittleWins, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
LittleWins is intended for general audiences. Users under the age of 13 may only use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and permit a child under 13 to use LittleWins, you agree to these Terms on the child’s behalf and are responsible for the child’s use of the service, including any content they create or actions they take.
You retain ownership of any content you create in LittleWins. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

LittleWins includes AI-powered features, such as automated summary generation, that analyze user-provided content. AI-generated content is provided for informational and reflective purposes only and may not always be accurate. It does not constitute professional advice, and you are responsible for how you interpret and use any AI-generated output.
LittleWins offers a premium subscription ("Little Wins Premium") with the following terms:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your Apple ID or Google Play account, including any purchases made by authorized users or dependents.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
All purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). Refund requests must be submitted through the respective app store. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
All new users receive a free trial period to experience premium features. After the trial ends, you may choose to subscribe to continue accessing premium features. You will not be automatically charged.
We strive to keep LittleWins available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
LittleWins is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by submitting a deletion request through our website.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
