How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password from the login screen in the app. Tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address to receive a reset link.

How do I export my data?

You can export all your data from the app. Go to Profile > Data & Privacy > Export My Data.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app (Profile > Data & Privacy > Delete Account) or use our web form. After requesting deletion, you have 14 days to change your mind by logging back in.

What happens to my data when I delete my account?

When you delete your account, all your personal data, wins, and summaries are permanently removed after a 14-day grace period. After this period, the action cannot be undone.
